When you drop your vehicle off at your Lexus dealer, we will proceed to take it to our auto body shop for a detailed analysis and provide you with a comprehensive estimate. We’ll make sure to keep you apprised every step of the way, as you will receive daily updates on the repairs.
You can even keep up with the repairs in real time as we’ll be sending you real-time photos and progress reports. We’ll make sure to communicate with you on a daily basis via email and text messaging. Once the repairs are done and your Lexus is ready for pickup, you can choose if you want to pick it up at our collision center, or if you’d like us to return it to your Lexus dealership.
